How big should my boardgame collection be?

In an average month, I play different games, and in a year, I play different games. (The latter number better be between the first number and 12x the first number)

I want to play % of the games I own every year(s).

Of all the games I play, I would like to own % of them.

I am comfortable with about % of my collection never getting played (eg, collector's items, sentimental ownership, etc.)
